‘Valley of the Moon’ Benefits from Catenian Charity Night

May 9, 2015

Brooklands Catenians held their “32nd Beer and Brass Evening”. An annual event that usually takes place in January. This is just one of the many fund raising events which raise money for local and international charities.

During his year of office, the Circle President may choose his personal charity, and donations are made to it from events organised throughout the year.

The world famous Dobcross Silver Band entertained approximately 200 men at Blessed Thomas Holford College, Altrincham.

A very enjoyable evening that includes a buffet box and as much as you can drink, all in aid of a good cause. The night raised approximately £750 for ‘The Valley of the Moon’ Children’s Centre in Bolivia.
