Manchester Midnight Walk 2015

Father Ned along with a group of parishioners are again looking forward to taking part in the 10K Manchester Midnight Walk on Friday 19th June 2015, in order to raise money for St Ann’s Hospice.

Everyone is welcome to join us whether you are walking to remember a loved one or just walking for fun. At the heart of the of the walk there is a garden of remembrance, where you can light a candle and leave a message in memory of someone close to you.

The circular walk starts at midnight from Manchester Central (G-Mex). There is a registration fee of £20 (or £15 for people who have walked previously). Included in your registration fee you will receive a St Ann’s branded yellow t-shirt to wear during the walk and a goodie bag full of freebies and supplies to help you on your way.

Please be aware the walk will go ahead whatever the weather, and so in the event of adverse weather conditions you will need to be dressed accordingly.

To register for your place on the walk, please visit mmwalk.org.uk. Once registered, we would be grateful if you could please inform Stuart Lloynd (all Saints Folk Group) or Father Ned that you intend to walk. Once we have an idea of final numbers, we will arrange a meeting time and place for everyone to assemble on the evening of the walk, so that we can complete the walk together.

Every penny raised really does make a difference to your local hospice.
